I graduated from the University of Arizona in May of 2008 with a BA in philosophy. I began volunteering at StarShine Academy in October of 2008. In January I attended StarShine boot camp and was subsequently hired as a teacher in the high school. My responsibilities include tutoring, fitness teaching, and English instruction. At StarShine, our focus is on the individual, so teachers have the opportunity to work with students on the development of unique assignments and lesson plans. I’m proud to be part of a team that is innovative, focused, and committed to achieving excellence in education.
