What is it that I bring to StarShine?
As a team member who is 63 years old I bring all of my life’s experiences which can not be found within the confines of a college campus, nor taught through subject matter, or read in books. Having run a Professional Photography business which serviced both Political parties, the stars of Hollywood and the great businesses which make up this great country I have learned humility and understanding of all of life’s situations. Having taught twelve (12) years in three (3) elementary schools, I can truly attest to the uniqueness of StarShine Academy, a school like no other. I come to school each day always thinking, “They have only one childhood, let me make it the best I can for them, while in my care.”
Having participated in the service to my country which saw me in a near death situation, I have come away from that with how valuable life really is. All of the aforementioned, coupled with my four years of college training in the elementary field have made me a strong assertive member of the wonderful StarShine team of which I am very proud to be a part of.

The future of StarShine
The uniqueness of what we all do as a team has to be made known. Why we are different? Why children succeed within our campus when they failed elsewhere. Why a student comments how wonderful education can really be when he/she was a hair away from dropping out, and giving up before experiencing the StarShine difference. The founder of StarShine, Ms Trish Adams has a mission. That mission is to bring StarShine's uniqueness and difference to the world. Lofty goal, insurmountable, not if you know her personally. She, along with her administrative staff are committed. With the backing of the team she has assembled, it will eventually get done, you can count on it.
